End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Injoit Ltd, trading as “QuickBlox,” a company registered at 7 Baxter Road, Churchdown, Gloucestershire, England, GL3 1FY (“Licensor” or “QuickBlox”), and the individual end user (“Licensee” or “You”).

This Agreement constitutes a legal agreement between You and QuickBlox for the use of the Q-Municate application (“App”). By installing, downloading, or using the App, You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If You do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.

PERMITTED USE

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, QuickBlox grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal purposes only. You may download, install, and use the App on devices that You own or control.

RESTRICTED USE

You shall not:

• Commercial Use: Use the App for commercial purposes, including but not limited to selling, leasing, or renting the App for financial gain.
• Distribution: Copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise make the App available to third parties without the express written consent of QuickBlox.
• Criminal Activity: Use the App to facilitate or engage in any criminal activity, including hacking, unauthorized access, or any other illegal actions.
• Reverse Engineering: Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App or any part thereof, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

OWNERSHIP

QuickBlox retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not convey any proprietary interest or ownership in the App, but only a limited right to use the App in accordance with the terms herein.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

The App is provided “as is,” without any warranties of any kind. QuickBlox makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, regarding the App’s merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall QuickBlox be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

TERMINATION

This Agreement is effective from the first date you install the Software. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by permanently deleting, at your own cost, the Software. QuickBlox may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any terms or conditions of this Agreement. Once it is terminated. you MUST stop using this Software and delete the Software installed on your device or computer immediately.

By installing and using the Q-Municate App, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the United Kingdom.
