Season Greetings from the QuickBlox Team!

The Team at QuickBlox wishes you and yours a very Merry Christmas! We want to take this opportunity to thank you for your business and support this past year. We hope that it has been a good year for you and a prosperous one for your business, despite all the challenges posed by the ongoing pandemic.

QuickBlox has continued to adapt to the adverse global healthcare crisis. More than ever, we are committed to our mission to provide high-quality and affordable real-time communication to individuals, businesses, and communities world-wide.

We have taken measures this year to continue to improve our products and services, investing money in our technology platform, security protocols, and team members. We list below some of our main achievements this past year.

Releases and updates of 2021

New Website and Blogs

  • This year we published numerous updates to our website to provide comprehensive coverage about our products, solutions, hosting options, and SDKs & APIs.
  • We also revamped our blog site, updating blog content, providing new customer use cases, and improving our indexing system so that you can more easily navigate around topics that matter most to you.

DevOps

Our DevOps team has been working hard to create additional security and on-premises deployment options for our customers

  • Meeting our customer’s varied hosting needs – Our DevOps team continues to deepen partnerships with a growing number of cloud providers including Azure, Oracle, GCP, Hetzner, Digital Ocean, and AliCloud.
  • Supporting the security needs of healthcare – DevOps have been working on enhanced HIPAA compliance security features with AWS.
  • Hosting options to fit every budget – We now offer a HIPAA compliant hosting plan on the shared cloud.

Updates to Q-Consultation

Last year we launched our teleconsultation App Q-Consultation, a ready solution that offers a virtual waiting room and private consultation via video calling and chat. This year we continue to develop and add new features including:

  • Multi lingual support
  • Ability to easily retrieve and access recorded videos
  • Profile screens for provider and client
  • Main screen with list of providers for the client
  • History and scheduling functionality

Video Calling & Chat SDK Updates

We’ve made numerous updates and fixes in our current SDKs for iOS, Android, JavaScript, React Native, and Flutter, including:

  • New conferencing functionality added to the Flutter SDK

Customer Support

  • Expanded customer success team – Our CS team has implemented new measures to improve the onboarding process for new customers and to maintain closer relationships with existing customers to ensure they are getting the best out of QuickBlox.
