Pro & Enterprise
For Pro and Enterprise customers, we offer support with guaranteed response time, allotted support hours and phone support. For Medium and Large tier customers, you also have an account manager who can aid you with support.
If you're a Pro customer, please send your support requests via our Helpdesk, select "QB Assistance" and enter your customer ID in the field marked "Pro customers only" on the next page. You received this customer ID when you signed up or upgraded. With this field, we can properly prioritise your request.
