Stream’s SDK breadth is its most visible competitive advantage, and for teams building outside the healthcare-specific use cases QuickBlox targets most strongly, it is often decisive.

QuickBlox: two AI Agent products, built into the communication stack
QuickBlox takes a different approach: AI capability is built directly into the communication stack rather than sold as a separate product, and it ships as two distinct offerings. The general-purpose AI Agent supports customer support, onboarding, and workflow automation across any industry. The Healthcare AI Agent extends it with HIPAA-compliant clinical workflows specifically — patient intake and triage, appointment scheduling, follow-up, SOAP note generation, and ICD-10/CPT code suggestions — with the entire processing chain, including third-party sub-processors, covered under the BAA.
