Shared instance performance issue

Hi Shared instance account owners,

Unfortunately, QuickBlox Shared cluster (including Free, Advanced and PRO, but excluding Enterprise/Dedicated customers)

is experiencing issues due to high load and chain reaction with all customers trying to reconnect which causes further failures.


Tech Ops team has mitigated this partially by adding more instances and upgrading the infrastructure,

but some issues with Group Chats connectivity still persist and team works to completely resolve this.
